Our services fill a gap for vacation rental owners. We provide web advertising. We offer on-line reservation service. We collect rental deposits and entire stay fees via our secure payment system.

Currently we are soliciting vacation rental owners for our website launch of RentalGulfCoast.com.

HERE IS THE DEAL: We will feature your vacation rental, we will schedule your guests via our on-line instant reservation calendar system. We will collect the deposits and/or full rental fee. As an owner you can cancel our service with a 30 day notice, with no further obligation.

OUR REGULAR FEE SCHEDULE IS AS FOLLOWS:

THERE ARE TWO PLANS:

Plan A. We will deduct a 20% administration fee on each reservation we make. Owners are responsible for all other duties related to the rental of their vacation rental.

1. There is no charge, no fee for rental agreements that you obtain via your own advertising or efforts.

2. There is no fee charged when you develop your own rental via a return guest.

3. There is no fee charged when you decide to schedule your relatives, your friends or your neighbors, as long as they pay you directly and do not use our payment service.

4. There is no fee charged when you schedule for your own use or for maintenance.

5. Again, we only charge a fee when we develop the guest via our website advertising.

6. Additional advertising on our front page as the "FEATURED RENTAL" is available at additional cost.

PLAN B: WE OFFER ADDITIONAL SERVICE SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO DO SO. We offer a special service for those owners who do not want to perform any of the rental responsibilities. We are currently hiring and training Concierge Rental Representatives in your area who will handle all things related to a vacation rental i.e. The Concierge will meet & greet your rental clients upon arrival. Concierge service will be available 24/7 to answer your guests questions or perform maintenance. The Concierge will hire & supervise cleaning teams. Our Exclusive Concierge Service is a very personal service designed to insure that your guests enjoy their vacation. This service will include clean linen service & initial supply of soap & toilet needs to each renter. GET STARTED: Email us with a description of your property & amenities, include approximately 5-8 pictures. We can assist you with the pictures and writing the dialog if you so desire. Once we load your unit onto our website you will be asked to update the reservation calendar, using a unique owner's coded access.
