as well.
We are confident we will be able to attract Gulf Coast vacation hunters. During our first few months our listing base will be fairly small, but it will grow. In order to show
just how our site will work we have provided some samples. All samples will be
labeled "SAMPLE". Those listings that are not marked "SAMPLE" are active sites, with active rentals.
Owners will have absolutely no risk or cost. We only get paid when we perform our service for you. We only get paid after we fill your vacant calendar. All you have to do to qualify is place your rental on our site and agree to use our state-of-the-art reservation system.
There are several ways we can help rental owners. We provide state-of-the
art website coverage. We only get paid if we rent your unit via our on-line reservation system.
Your rental will be advertised using full color pictures with ample descriptions of all amenities. Script can be written by you or with our help. We have active web links covering the entire Gulf Coast, specifically the Panhandle or Emerald Coast, Mid-Florida or the Big Bend and Crystal River-Homosassa areas.
